The location exceeded my expectation. In fact, you can easily and safely walk from hotel to CBD along the Swan River or take a free bus very close to the hotel. We managed parking and that seemed to be a problem at first. However, parking in Perth on the road is free of charge from 6 pm to 8 am so we parked on the road close to hotel and were lucky to find spots. During the day,we parked in the very close-by (almost next door) open air parking for $14.50 fees from 8 am to 6 pm. We loved Perth for its conveniences, interests and cleanliness. People were friendly. We booked a hop on and hop off bus tour and that was an awsome idea.

My husband and I were in Perth for a week and we found this hotel really great for us. It was cosy and comfortable, super clean, very conveniently located(there’s a reservoir just at the backyard which is so lovely to walk in mornings and night) and also parking was very easily accessible outside the hotel (Plain Street Carpark-download EasyPark app for easy parking and payment). Also there’s an IGA supermarket just next door open till 9pm, making it easy to get groceries. The hotel also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner which helped feed our hungry stomach during our late check in and early morning check out.

All of the staff except one at check in were really helpful and offered great customer service. They made everything easy for us and were great at their jobs.

Comfortable room for a few days - bed very comfortable and pleasant shower. Kettle and mugs provided. Decent breakfast spread, ok the same every day, offering hot and cold dishes Location right on the Terrace, with bus stops close by (and within the FTZ), Swan river only a short walk away.

This is a comfortable modern and clean hotel with interesting design features. The location is so handy to everything in the city with the CAT bus making getting around very simple. The staff were very helpful especially when part of our booking had to be changed.

The location was great even though there wasn't onsite parking. Street parking is inexpensive and nearby. It was easy to get into the city centre with a short drive and equally fast to get out of the city centre. The design of the room and overall cleanliness was great. It was nice to have a cookie jar at the reception for guests to snack on at night.

Expectations were exceeded! The value of this property was amazing for the affordable price. The bed was so comfortable, the rooms were clean, well designed and modern with added extra touches spread throughout the room like many hooks for bags & clothes, enough storage for 2 people, full length mirror with ironing board hidden behind, large sized hand wash, face wash, soap and shampoo provided for use during stay, strong aircon, Chrome-cast was a great added touch as-well was able to connect my phone to the tv and watch all my favourite shows, complimentary slice of cake was also an added bonus!! And staff were very helpful throughout stay. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly front staff who are always helpful and give good recommendations. The view was good. The room size is ok and we wont expecting much. But the bed was comfortable, lots of tv channel to choose. Location was at the fringe of the Perth City but within walking distance of Cat Bus, so its ok. Overall, value for money hotel that is reliable.

We stayed with my 12 yo son for 7 nights. Convenient location next to 2 nice parks and free CAT bus service stops nearby. Very nice, stylish hotel with superb breakfast. Gym facilities are available. Breakfast was delicious, with options for eggs prepared your way, the best sourdough bread and super-flaky croissants.

I liked the size of the room and bathroom, I found the bed comfortable. I was happy with the fridge, and the extra little table and chair which I could do some work on. The staff at check in was really friendly. The area the hotel in felt safe.
